Defining the SolutionTransforming Opportunities into Solutions

What deserves to be built?

The research showed me what was wrong. Mapping the ecosystem showed me how everything was connected. Now I had to decide what to do about it. Instead of adding features, I focused on the opportunities that could make the greatest impact across the entire service.

Five artifacts, in the order they were built.

It is stamped MVP Phase 1 and reads: focus on what matters most, remove complexity, increase clarity. An MVP Scope checklist ticks live ETA and tracking, automated updates, technician status, delay alerts, inventory visibility, end-of-day summary, customer profile and digital signature, leaving future phase unticked. Handwritten notes read: information flow is the problem, visibility is the solution; design for clarity, build for impact.
